Details:
This particular Quilt Coat has been constructed from a stunning hand-stitched primitive quilt. It’s light/medium weight & the fabric is unmatched. The floral was thinning from age so we mended it as best as we could where needed to make sure she can be enjoyed for years to come! We’ve trimmed it with olive wool from a surplus Army blanket for a pop of contrast.
As with all vintage textiles, please expect to find signs of wear & miscellaneous flaws. It’s a part of the history & what set it apart from garments mass produced over seas. They’re marks of love & use & comfort.
