Because we are a small shop & busy raising 3 kiddos, we sew & construct for a few weeks, then load the shop with handmade goods all at once in what we call a “Shop Restock.”

Measuring approx. 17” long, 11” wide & 5” tall, she’s cleanly lined in ticking canvas & detailed with a leather zipper pulley & leather tabs.
The particular listing is for one Biggie Dopp that we repurposed from a vintage quilt & trimmed in vintage floral fabric ribbon.

Repurposed from a surplus canvas tote, we’ve salvaged this beautiful canvas & reconstructed it into a hearty but lightweight bag.
We detailed this bag by quilting vintage feedsack floral & surplus canvas remnants into a really rad Ohio Star that serves as a handy slip pocket!
Unlined & can fit more than Mary Poppins’ bag!!
Rad leather tassel, but of course!! Zippered top.
Measures approx. 22” wide at the top & 14” tall.
Straps are sturdy & hearty vegetable-tanned leather.
*Please note that we are repurposing authentic military canvas duffles & with that comes some wear & tear. Wanted to point out some tar spots on the bottom of the bag as pictured- I’d planned to patch over them but my husband encouraged me to leave them as it makes the bag more authentic & worn in:).

Introducing the best summer staple, our Shorties are constructed from vintage textiles & neatly trimmed.
This particular listing is for a pair of Shorties constructed from a vintage tablecloth & detailed with vintage lace bows.
Size: S/M/L depending on fit bc they’re so roomy & flexible!!

We’ve taken on the task of repurposing these precious vintage textiles into wearable & cozy pieces so that the beauty of these wool blankets can continue to be treasured & highlighted.

Details:
This particular Porch Coat has been constructed from a vintage wool camp blanket in classic stripes. It’s light/medium weight (so great for layering & warmth). The original wool certainly shares some signs of wear but is in great usable vintage condition to be rocking for years to come. Slight pilling & some minor discoloring/stains. We’ve trimmed it with olive wool from a surplus Army blanket for a pop of contrast.
As with all vintage textiles, please expect to find signs of wear & miscellaneous flaws. It’s a part of its story. They’re marks of love & use & comfort.
