Details:
This particular Porch Coat has been constructed from a vintage wool camp blanket in classic stripes. It’s medium/heavy-weight (so great for layering & warmth) & the wool itself in good vintage condition. Where we found flaws in the wool, we covered them in vintage Boy Scout patches!. We’ve trimmed it with olive wool from a surplus Army blanket for a pop of contrast.
As with all vintage textiles, please expect to find signs of wear & miscellaneous flaws. It’s a part of its story. They’re marks of love & use & comfort.
