We’ve taken on the task of repurposing these precious heirlooms into wearable & cozy art so that the delicate beauty of these one-of-a-kind quilts can continue to be treasured & highlighted.

Details:
This Porch Coat was constructed from a beautiful hand-stitched quilt with the very best, very oldest fabrics. Because there was some wear & thinning in the fabrics, we mended her the best we could & then lined it all in a red gingham that we think paired beautifully!
As with all vintage Quilt Coats, please expect to find signs of wear & miscellaneous flaws. It’s a part of the history & what set it apart from garments mass produced over seas. They’re marks of love & use & comfort.
